excellent dead sea experience
large pools comfortable room live music
i enjoyed three large swimming pools . my room was very comfortable and the bed allowed restful sleep. the night offered great entertainment with two young ladies performing live music and the breakfast buffet was extensive.
the spa's saltwater pool felt a little too cool.

broken ac dirty bathroom
the staff were friendly and professional, a positive aspect of my stay.
The ac in my room was broken. It didn't turn off at the set temperature, rather it ran continuously. also, the bathroom wasn't clean. There were urine stains around the toilets, disappointing. the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and maintenance.

a decent stay
free upgrade good breakfast strict security hotel policy
i received a free upgrade to a room. breakfast offered a good variety of food. the location was perfect. it was nice to easily access the dead sea for mudding.
The security personnel seemed unnecessarily strict. they confiscated my unopened bottle of alcohol at the entrance. They stated it was against hotel policy. this felt a bit excessive though the staff said i could get it back upon leaving.

The resort facilities included excellent restaurants. The breakfast had various options. The adult-only pool was quiet. The staff at the beach offered complimentary mud and sea salt scrubs with instructions.
The hallways looked dark.
